Privacy Policy
Effective July 16, 2026 · Updated July 17, 2026
Equilibrium Marketing is a digital marketing agency at 1905 W 8th St #107 in Loveland, Colorado. This site collects what you type into our contact form, standard server logs, and — only if you say yes to the cookie banner — analytics and advertising data from tools like Google Analytics, Google Ads, and Meta. Here’s the full breakdown, including how to say no.
The short version
- We collect what you type into the form, plus — with your consent — analytics and ad-measurement cookies.
- The cookie banner is a real choice: pick “Essential Only” and no tracking loads. The site works exactly the same.
- We never sell, rent, or trade your information. To anyone. Ever.
- Want your data deleted? Email info@equilibriummarketing.com and it’s gone.
Who are we?
We’re Equilibrium Marketing, a digital marketing agency founded in 2019 at 1905 W 8th St #107, Loveland, CO 80537. You can call or text us at (970) 660-7253 or email info@equilibriummarketing.com. This policy covers equilibriummarketing.com. One site, one policy, no network of mystery domains.
What does the contact form collect?
Exactly what you type into it: your business name, your name, your phone number, your email address, and whatever you write in the message box. Depending on which version of the form you use, you may also see two optional extras: your website URL (so we can start the audit) and your monthly marketing budget. Leave them blank and nothing happens; fill them in and they travel with the rest of your message, nowhere else. There is no browser fingerprinting and no pixel quietly phoning an ad network while you type. The only hidden field in the form is a spam trap for bots. Humans never see it, and it collects nothing about you.
You’ll also see a shorter version of this form pop up as an overlay when you click “Get My Free Audit” on other pages of this site. Fewer fields, same destination. Opening it in an overlay doesn’t add tracking, cookies, or anything else. It just saves you a page load.
When you hit submit, your message travels through Make.com, the automation service we use, and lands in our email and CRM. We use it for one thing: responding to you. That’s the entire lifecycle. Nobody gets added to a mailing list, and nobody gets a fourteen-email “nurture sequence” because they asked a question.
Rather skip the form? Call, text, or email us directly. Same result: a human reads it, a human replies.
What happens when you call, text, or email us?
The same thing that happens when you contact any small business. Your number or email shows up, we keep it in our phone or inbox so we can reply, and the conversation stays between us. If you become a client, your contact info goes into our CRM so we can actually do our job. If you ask us to lose your number, we lose your number.
What about server logs?
Our hosting provider keeps standard access logs, the same as every web host on the planet: IP addresses, browser type, pages requested, and timestamps. We look at them for security and for debugging when something breaks, not for profiling visitors. They rotate out automatically on the host’s schedule.
Does this site use cookies?
Yes — but only the ones you agree to. When you first visit, a banner at the bottom of the screen asks for your choice, and nothing non-essential loads until you make it. Here are the three categories, in plain English:
- Essential. One small entry in your browser’s local storage that remembers your cookie choice itself, so we don’t ask you on every page. No tracking, no identifiers, doesn’t leave your browser.
- Analytics (only with your consent). Google Analytics, which tells us things like which pages get read, roughly where visitors are from, and what device they’re on. We use it to figure out what’s working. Google processes this data under its own privacy policy.
- Advertising measurement (only with your consent). Google Ads conversion tracking and the Meta (Facebook) pixel, which tell us whether our own ads actually led to visits and inquiries, and may be used for retargeting. Handled under Google’s and Meta’s policies. We may add similar measurement tools later; if we do, they follow the same rule — nothing loads without your consent, and this page gets updated.
Changing your mind takes one click. Use the button below, or the “Cookie Preferences” link in the footer of every page. Choosing “Essential Only” switches every tracking signal to denied.
You can also block cookies in your browser settings, or opt out directly with the ad platforms via Google Ads Settings, aboutads.info, and Meta Ad Preferences. There are still no user accounts, no comment section, and no newsletter signup quietly building a profile on you.
Do we run analytics?
Yes, with your consent — we’re a marketing agency, and measuring what works is literally the job. We practice what we sell: Google Analytics for site traffic, Google Ads conversion tracking and the Meta pixel for measuring our own advertising. What we don’t do is pretend that’s not happening, bury it on page nine, or load any of it before you’ve had the chance to say no.
These tools tell us things like which pages get visited, which ads get clicked, and which visits turn into inquiries. They don’t give us your name or contact info unless you type it into our form yourself, and we never sell, rent, or trade any of it.
What about links to other websites?
We link out to client websites, our social profiles, and sources in our articles. The moment you click one of those links, you’re on someone else’s site under someone else’s privacy policy, and we can’t vouch for what they do. Read their policies if you’re concerned. Most are longer and far less honest than this one.
Who do we share your data with?
Nobody. Not sold, not rented, not traded, not “shared with select partners.” The only third party that touches a form submission is Make.com, and only as the pipe that delivers it to us.
How long do we keep your information?
Until it stops being useful or you ask us to delete it, whichever comes first. If you send an inquiry and never become a client, it sits in our inbox like any other email. If you become a client, we keep your contact info for as long as we’re working together, because calling you back requires knowing your number. No data warehouse, no hoarding for “legitimate interests.”
How do you get your data deleted?
Email info@equilibriummarketing.com, tell us the email address or phone number you used to contact us, and ask us to delete your info. We’ll remove it from our email and CRM and confirm when it’s done. One honest caveat: routine server logs sit with our hosting provider and clear on their own rotation schedule. We can’t reach into those, and neither can anyone else who tells you otherwise.
Will this policy change?
Only if the site changes. If we ever add new tracking tools, a newsletter, or anything else that touches your data, this page gets updated first and the effective date at the top moves. No silent edits, and no forty-page rewrite you’re expected to re-read.
