We set up business-tier accounts with model training disabled wherever the provider allows it, and we write clear rules for what your staff can and can't paste into a chatbot. Customer data never goes into free consumer accounts. Data privacy is a standing module in every training we run.
Will AI replace my staff?
No, and anyone who tells you otherwise is selling something. AI is great at grunt work: drafting, sorting, summarizing, and moving data between systems.
